It just took a long time for me to get my order. I ordered in early Oct and didn't receive my package until Oct 30th! I do realize one of my items were out of stock.

I have a problem with the return policy. You can't return things unless they're unopened and then it's a hassle to return them. If there was something wrong with the product, the return policy precludes me from returning the product if I opened it.

The purchasing experience with Domestic Bin was very easy. The products quality was exceptional. The delivery was not on time. This is the only aspect of the ordering process that was frustrating.
