Spray lotion in the kit I ordered stinks and the possibility to substitute with spray from another product line is too expensive. Substitution due to defective product should be at no cost.

The product I purchase was disaappointing.I thought the spray would have blend in with the coloure of my hair but it was not since use can use the diference in colour where I applied the product on my scalp.

There was a high tax added to my order and UPS added a provision for providing the tax to the customs. You should alert customers from outside the US that there will be a considerable tax.

I sent 3 times an email but no one answers back. If i order again i will ask you to make me another receipt if possible with much cheaper price for the customs as I had to pay 18%VAT . Which means alot for just these shampoos.
