Did't let me know it was back ordered.didn't let me know when it came in or when it was really shipped.Had to call to know what was going on.never received a email about it being back ordered or email when to watch for it.

i like the prices,but did not like cam.i bought it to put on my nitro racing cars.you should tell people that it is a web cam.service was great.but I'm not happy with cam at all

didn't say anything about shipping/tracking after purchased the item. After a week, I send email to asked about it, then somebody call me to confirm the purchased item. hopefully better next time.

ordered what was supposed to be brushless motors; ha ha run slower than any brushed motor i have. can't get a hold of anyone to talk to. have to stick to my other companies I guess
