I have order something from them and after 15 days still have no delivery also upon contacting the phone is not answered and in email they simply reply yes or no. no details nothing. this is completely unacceptable response.

The bracelet of the website does not give a length. It now turns out that the bracelet is too small for the wrist. When I asked about extending it you do not do it. Your returns policy is an expensive option
