After going through the ordering process, AAD decided that they do not ship to my home. They should just state up front that they don't ship to USVI so I don't waste my time.

Contacted them about the order. I called twice left messages. When I finnally Got ahold of someone They cancelled My Order. Asked if they would still send them they said they would, but would have to pay Over twice what had originally paid for each.

WAS VERY IMPRESSED TO GET MY ORDER SO FAST. IT WAS PACKAGED VERY WELL. PRODUCT WAS BETTER THEN I TAUGHT IT WOULD BE.

Shipping notification was never received....so I did not know when to expect delivery. Package was delivered.....but good thing we were home as it was raining (This was a 26" LCD TV). Thank heaven no damage.

tracking is non-existant - order showed up on a Saturday with little warning. We just happened to be at home. Came by Fedex instead of UPS as stated. Except for lack of tracking things were better that anticipate but as a first time customer, I was...

I was not able to track the delivery of this item so we weren't able to be home when it was left out on the front step. Fortunately it wasn't snowing badly that day but we would have liked to inspect the package before it was left. But...that was...
