Wrong Product sent. Returned with the details for postage refund i still got the automatic response. someone responded 3 days later. I have not received any refund for the postage of the return item as mentioned in the automatic response.

The order was received extremely promptly. Dispite this I still feel your overseas postage was very high! (At about $32!!). This is the one of the only reasons which would put me off ordering again.

ups refused to deliver my package, made me drive around looking for their warehouse to pick it up! needed smallville posters such as green arrow and more posters, gift types, wanted some kryptonite or a kryptonite key from the show, nothing... (more)

My problem wasn't resolved with emails that were sent and also took 2 days for more than automated contact which was disappointing. I feel that an 800 number for CS you will provide more efficient in resolving customer problems.

I was extremely pleased that the item I ordered arrived in around 4 days; much sooner than expected. However, I was a little disappointed when I found the pendant on the 'Supernatural' necklace was a fair bit smaller than I had believed it would be.... (more)

Easy step by step information on how to place orders by e-mail. wanted 2 more shirts, but they both were sold out. One of the ****s was of Dean & the other of Sam & Dean. I have e-mailed to be notified if more come in hopefully by x-mas. Thank you!
