Milwaukee tools are among the best tools in the business. Having the opportunity to buy factory reconditioned tools means they are more affordable and therefore I am able to have more high quality tools in my shop.

It took 11 days to receive order.never received email conf. of when it was shipped..Had to call customer service 2x & they did not know where order was..After speaking to someone a 2nd time they said they would track & email me the info & it was not...

The flashlight did not work I called within an hour of receiving my order the person I talked to promised to send out a replacement the same day. It’s been two weeks now and I have never received the replacement
