I mistakenly assumed that reconditioned tools would be shipped with new batteries. My Mistake...you know what they say about 'assume'. Perhaps it should be more clearly stated in the description. Might save on shipping costs, not to mention...

first unit wouldnt work below 50 degrees we live in wi. replacement isnent much better I cant use it for anything out side or carry it around in my truck Pretty much waste of money for me. I thought milwaukee would be a better tool than this one is.
