Ordering the item was easy. I had a small problem with the order but was resolved quickly. The item was then backordered and have not as yet heard form them as to when I will recieve the order.

i received 1 of 2 items that i ordered. when i inquired about the expected delivery of the 2nditem, i recevied a response of "3 to 30 days". i may cancel the item, given the wide estimated range of possible delivery dates. I am disappointed.

Ordered an outfit and paid extra to have it expressed shipped. Only one of the two items were received because of back order. No notification on website when ordering about this. Contacted agent and no refund of 12 dollars for express shipping.

The products I purchased work wonderfully. The Coochy Cream is an amazing product & helps prevent razor drag. The after shave spray also works great at keeping your "delicate" areas moisture rich. My husband & I BOTH love it!

Order was missing one item but C/S was quick to respond and sent out the missing item turning a negative impression to a positive one and a satisfied customer will will not only shop there again but will recommend others shop there as well.
