I loved the refill part of the order but I did not know that my ink cartridge I also ordered would come drop shipped it can days later and I used it for 5 copies and then the ink ran out! I feel ripped off.

I have only order one time and it was back some time ago.I have been very happy with the product, shippment and service from Castle Ink.I had two ink cartridge I didn't know I had but I will be ordering soon.

Won't know how I like product until we've used it.
No email confirmation was received after my order, so didn't know if order went through. Also paperwork included in package doesn't give amount paid.
