I received my ink on time but had trouble getting my cartriges to work right, my husband had to go out and buy a black cartrige just to be able to print, other then that they seem fine.

Had mo need to call or fax anyone. My order too a day os so longer than the Co I have ordered from before but not an unreasonable length of time. The price was good. Will continue to order from castleink.

RECEIVED ORDER AFTER I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS SENT. STAT INFO LISTED NOTHING ABOUT SHIPPING,THO PROMISED DIDN'T RECEIVE EMAIL WHEN SHIPPED. ITEMS REC'VD WERE DRY & UNUSABLE. AFTER MANY CALLS REC'VD EMAIL WITH A R/A LABEL

not sure what to expect due to cost of products purchased, But once they were in use they worked very well. I have and will continue to recommend Castle ink to my friends.......Thanks
