I was only disappointed with the medibag, several of the items have already expired (last year) and that was how it was sent to me. I did call customer service and am still awaiting the new items.

I love the door wedjie my son has not been able to lock himself in his room or shut the door on his fingers. The kidsafe website was the only place I could find something that my son can't get to or break.

One product came in a box that was already opened (torn) and taped back. This product had obviously been used before (dirt on the tip). It worked fine, but it a little bent. I probably won't return it - too much trouble.
