Waited nine days for shipping information on order before
calling. I was first told order to have been canceled, then
located and I was told it would be shipped right away, then
was told it was out of stock and no longer avaiable.

Had to pay shipping after being told there was no charge.I called to reorder a new item in it's place, after 20 minutes was disconnected. I still don't know if they have the order, but I will cancel it anyway. This was a comnplete hassle.

Fast delivery, and great battery powered candles for the windows! Solared powered they go on and off with the light. Great Quality!

I was very disappointed with the way they were shipped. It looked as though they just took the candles and tossed them in the box. I haven't taken them from the box yet, so I am hoping they work. Natalie Hurley

i had emailed problem solvers regarding an order that i thought was incomplete. several days later, i still have not had any response.
later, i did realize that the parcel had been received; just did not see where the delivery person had put it.

three items ordered. The largest (storage closet) delivered. Two very small (Sale) items,packaged in one box, were not left but a signed receipt was required to re-deliver since not at home.It was several days before finally receiving.
