I was very impressed by the packaging of my product - a foaming bath gel Christmas present for my daughter. I know she'll love it even before it's opened! Great job!

THE ITEMS I ORDERED WERE NOT IN THE PACKAGE, AS THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POLITE AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM BY ISSUING A FULL CREDIT. I WAS DISAPPOINTED BUT THINGS DO HAPPEN.

I placed, an order -- two days, after placing order, L'Occitane, ran a promotion (25% off total purchase.) I called customer service, asked, if I could get price adjustment, and I was told "No" - Love your products, Hate your customer...
