First time using Rainbow. Confirming email didn't give ship date, etc. 5 days elapsed, sent inquiry email. Requested to call. Product back-ordered but other product in stock, shipped & received quickly. Why did I need to contact them to correct...

I was impressed with how QUICKLY I received this product and how well it was packaged when it arrived. Ward trucking did a great job delivering. I needed a dryer now. I got one now! By the way, GREAT DRYER! Thanks Consumer Report

I did not recieve my item and got no call or no email from customer service about it. I don't know why I haven't heard from them, maybe it is on back order or something, but they should let me know.

The only thing I had problem initially was how I was to know when the order was coming, but about a day after the order was placed online, a customer service rep called me to set day and time. Delivery service was very good.

The product had a dent and they offer a very basic compansation. I am very unhappy about this.
