Dr.AutoParts sent an e-mail my payment was received 10/17/2009. 5 day later no shipment. I phoned, and e-mailed twice. No response from DrAutoParts. Could be my worst experience buying on internet!

They were out of stock and gave me a full refund due to the back order not being timely.I waited 2 weeks for a non shipped part because I did not get the cancellation e mail.

Tried to contact Dr. AutoParts, they never returned my email or phone calls. There Customer Support is NOT reliable, I want to return the products but couldn't get a hold of them (either by email or phone). Do not buy from them.
