The only disappointment was that my husband didn't like the boots, they were very stiff and hard to get his feet into them, the ankle part is narrow. And then it cost me $20 to return them!

I wanted a bigger size of the item ordered. April at Customer service told me there was nothing they could do to change the size. This was before the item was shipped. I didn't even recieve a email response on this issue. I'll never shop with them...

The product I ordered had an availability of 24-48 hours to ship, however, the product shipped more than five days after I ordered. I am not counting time in transit because that is out of the merchant's control of coarse.

My order delivery took longer than I expected. I was not notified of any problem. My schedule was not effected, but no contact disappointed me. Some sort of contact would have been appreciated. A thumbs-down for Work'N'Gear.
