Got two orders. 1st call, return info to be sent. No email. 2nd follow up & send me info. 3rd return person not available. I asked for a manager. Got return person on the phone. Finally got RMA info. Currently waiting for Credi.

The photo paper product I sought didn't seem to be listed in your catalog, but the original mfgr (MOAB) rep. with whom I spoke gave it to me -- which is how I was able to identify it for my order. FYI, it was Lasal, dbl sided matte 235, 11x17.
