I had some problems with delivering. I paid for shipping, but I ended up going to pick up the product at a FedEx store in another town. They came to my house twice without any notice during businesses hours, when I was at work.

was happy with the product with the price of your items you shouldnt charge shipping not happy with that . Other higher end stores ship for free. Will not purchase on line again for that reason from whitehouse black market. Nordstrom ships for... (more)

The link to get 10% off your order when you sign up for the mailing list is misleading. If I would have known that 10% was not taken off the order I was placing at the time, I would have just cancelled the whole order.

I am glad to have a WHBM to return items to, otherwise free return shipping would be a great benefit. My main issue is that the sizes are true to the size. It seems the clothing is made larger and marked as a smaller size.

I ordered capris and within the first 24 hours of wearing them, one of the belt loops broke. The material was not sewed on very strongly. I probably will not order products online anymore since I cannot tell how well theyre made.
