Charged full price for item purchased w/coupon & being exchanged. Customer service wanted me to call back later for a credit. Item already paid for the 1st time. No need to pay ANYTHING else other than s & h.

I usually need to have the purchase identified so I can be sure which things you are talking about. I am assuming this order was my swimsuit and cover-up. IF it is, then yes, I received it on time and am quite pleased with it. Thank you

I don't understand why the shirts have to be so long. If I wanted to wear a dress I would by a dress. Bra's are always hard to buy.

I was truly surprised that nothing fit. I don't know if your items run big or I need to get a smaller size I thought I wore a size 18 and some times a size 20 in some clothing. But everything I tried on was too big.

Difficult to get response from e-mail. Followed tracking.. 'unable to deliver', then next afternoon... pkg was here. Huh? Now, coat is here. It fits. I just have to get sleeves shortened. Love it/price great.
