The communication on order status was terrible. I had vague emails of order status, however, it took 13 days from the order date to receive the item. I called and emailed repeatedly to obtain a status. I thought this was fraud.

I ordered 2 items on 10/24, one item was discontinued and they refunded for one item. They said the remaining item will be shipped last week but they never did. I'm not even sure I'm ever going to get my order.
