I was unhappy with the company. I was not notified that the order was cancelled or explanation, although they held my money for 10 days. I tried numerous times to call them only to reach an answering machine. I wouldn't recommend buying from this...

I was satisfied with the quality of the product I received. A couple of errors were made on both mine and the company's parts regarding the COLOR of the sunglasses. Other than that the receiver of the gift was satisfied. Thank you Sunglass House.

No tracking information has been entered since my order was placed and I paid for overnight shipping! I have contacted the company twice after the order was placed with no response. Prior to the order being placed they responded within an hour.

The communication on order status was terrible. I had vague emails of order status, however, it took 13 days from the order date to receive the item. I called and emailed repeatedly to obtain a status. I thought this was fraud.
