Everything was great but not a fan of the re-stocking fee from a previous order. That's my only gripe.

very disappointed we ordered glasses for christmas present and did not get any feed back as to the status of our order and still as of today we have not received the glasses. please let us know how we can find the status of this order.

i was very impressed with the quality and speedy delivery of the product i ordered. i have been recommending the sunglass house online to anyone who has made a comment on my sun glasses so far. the prices were great too! keep up the great work!

I would like to return the product but need an authorization and have not receive the number. Yet they tell me that I can only return it 10 days from the receipt of the item. What is up with that?

the order came very slowly; I ordered on 11/15 and didn't get the box until 11/24, by UPS, which is the slowest way to deliver anything. The sunglasses were too big (my error)and I am now starting the exchange process for another pair.

I was very unhappy that I purchased 2nd day air for a shipping method. My order was placed on a Saturday and I didn't receive my product until the following Friday. I work in retail and understand how shipping works. This was unsatisfactory.
