I wish someone had informed me that the hat was on back over. so i did nt have to contact customer support. it took over a month to get the item.

The hat was a little more "cowboy" than expected. It would help to see hats worn by models to see how they sit. The birthday boy liked it anyway and has worn it constantly since receipt. Took longer than I thought to ship and arrived day after...

I was very satisified with the selection of hat's they had. I was looking for a specific type of hat and found exactly what I was looking. I just wish I got the size correct when I ordered it. my mistake.
I would definately recommend.

The orignal hat I bought was made in the USA so I thought I would buy another and behold it is made in China. Is nothing made the in the USA anymore?? I want to buy an American made hat.
