Items returned are not what was ordered. Items where damaged or box of the merchandise damaged or broken. Never told prior to buy merchandise if it was available or out of stock.

I ordered 3 items, 1 did not arrive with the shipment. Emailed customer service and didn't get a response in 24 hours, had to call customer service. Promptly refunded for the item when asked. Should not charge for items not shipped.

The small bottles of Ralph LAuren was wrong. And the body powder was not available and I was charge for the item I was told the item was dicontinued? The items I have are nice although the Lauren is wrong.

I called to get tracking information because none was included in an email and while on hold, they hung up on me. I'm sure it was an accident so I got on the site chat to speak with CS and got my tracking information.

Selection and ordering process were excellent. There was no tracking information provided, and the delivery time was rather long (2.5 weeks!). Caused some anxiety because of planned travel -- may have missed the delivery.
