Knowledge of fron line support was only reasonable, but the technician I was finally able to talk with was VERY good. The wait times on the phone to get to a technician are unreasonable to say the least!

We were very emotional about our hot water problem, but the unit came right on time. It was expensive to hook up, but that was not the company fault.

Ordered whole house and 2 sink heaters. The small one will be installed week of Oct 11. Large one in a month or so. Both were packaged in original equipment boxes. Look brand new and come with the brand new warranty. What could be better?

Ordered Tankless Water Heater Model GWH1600PNG.Deliever wet box. After installing by the plumber water temp was only luke warm. Obvious flame adjustment wasn't working. Tech support nice but run around to solve problem. Company should refund cost...

Absolutely not interested in assisting this customer with delivery issues. Told me three times a sales person would be calling to address my concerns. NO ONE CALLED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
