Customer service was very helpful and replied pretty quickly. But it's been 15 days since I've placed my order and my account still says awaiting shipment? Something like that. I was hoping to get it this week but I guess not...

the person i delt with seamed to know little if nothing about the products and sizing info i called to ask about. she said the chart states the sizes. well i feel the sizing info that was offered may be to generalized cause it didnt fit

The product is always good. Letting me know If they have the stuff in stock at the time I ordered. The only thing I knew is that my order was processed. I would have liked to know if it was going to take a little longer after I ordered.

The item I ordered took almost an entire month to be shipped and the embroidered flag that I paid an extra 6 bucks for is the size of a postage stamp.

2 of the 3 coats I ordered were incorrectly embroidered. Glen said they will replace. Customer having to use the coats that were done incorrectly until replacements come. 3 - 4 weeks to get embroidered items is a long time. My customers get...
