My issue is with the delivery of the product I ordered. I placed my order on Sunday with an additional $93 for 3 day delivery. The order was processed on Monday but the sink did not arrive until Friday. Obviously that is 5 days and not 3.

I returned a faucet to cbath following their return procedure and using their return shipping label. They will not acknowledge receipt of the return or process my credit. I am contesting this purchase through my credit card company.

WOW Incredible sink 30 inch front apron, received in perfect condition and on time, as well small strainer issue ressolved immidiately thanks to their excellent customer service...

I love the kitchen sink I ordered. I was waiting to order my counter tops for my remodeled kitchen and I was concerned how long it would take to receive it. I had it within 5 days. I also saved $100 by ordering from you with additional items...

The quality of the sink and the faucet seem to be very good. The faucet was much heavier than I had expected. The delivery was on time and so far I am very happy with this purchase. It won't be installed for a couple of months until we build.
