I had a defective reconditioned unit and decided to purchase a new unit instead. The CS staff was courteous, efficient and sent me a return shipping label at n o cost.

The welder I purchased is everything you said it would be and more. I am very satisfied with my purchase!! I only wish that there was a welding cart to go with my welder, as I have been shopping all over to find one that would fit my machine.

Incredibly quick delivery... item arrived with no damage.
The compressor is just as advertised light weight and quick recovery.
I have not tried the framing gun yet but easily handles trim guns.

I am truly satisfied with the compressor. I have used it and will use it many more time. We have been building our home for 4 years and I have had to have my husband carry a huge compressor from room to room for me. Now I can do it on my own.
