Really enjoyed dealing with this company.Other "do-it-yourself" companies were less than helpful when talking with them on the phone. I really enjoyed the one on one phone support, free shipping and fast delivery.

I used to bait 20 mouse snap traps thru out the house--but now I have 6 metal box traps with a window for quick & easy inspection--plus your prices were best that I found.

I did not receive the tracking # via email. I emailed them and they called back with the info. I haven't used the product yet, but it comes highly recommended. I have high expectations.

The products offered were what I needed, however, I believe the website looks a little dated. The "Where Did you Hear About Us" question has options for search engines that I did not even know still existed.
