I ordered the pump for next day delivery. They did not let me know until FOUR DAYS LATER that they did not have the item. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I wish the customer service rep. would have had more knowledge between the difference in the Ultra and regular Purely Yours pumps. I would not have purchased the Ultra if I had know there was so little difference -- mostly just the bag.

I thought a car charge and bag came with the product. I was a little disappointed to find out it didn't. I haven't tried the product out yet to see if it works. Please do not but me on any e-mails list or mailing list.

The shipping costs were high and instead of the '2-Day' delivery it turned out to be a 5-Day delivery. Not cool.
