I thought a car charge and bag came with the product. I was a little disappointed to find out it didn't. I haven't tried the product out yet to see if it works. Please do not but me on any e-mails list or mailing list.

The shipping costs were high and instead of the '2-Day' delivery it turned out to be a 5-Day delivery. Not cool.

My only problem was a tracking # issue, & I used the live chat method of customer service & my issue was cleared up immediately to my complete satisfaction. Product arrived in perfect condition & has been working as described.

The emails re an item that was no longer available (Dr. Browns) resulted in this purchase (Ameda). Thank you to that customer service rep for their help choosing a new pump, and being confident in ordering from you again! :)
