I have used Guitar Hero for a few years now and I love dealing with them. Shipping is always very fast and the times that I've had to call customer service went fairly well. Will definitely shop there again and recommend them!

Everything was excellent except for the fact tht the game DJ Hero has froz 3 times since I've had it and I don't know why. Other than that like I stated before is flawless. Thank You.

It was clearly noted that the ds grip (controller for guitar hero) INCLUDED the adapter for the original DS! Most places couldn't even tell me via email if the original DS needed the adapter, let alone if it was included or would work with their...

This item was sent to my daughter's address for our grandson's Christmas present, so the box has not been opened yet. After Christmas morning, I probably will be able to rate this item better. Hopefully our grandson's love it !

There was a rebate offer with this item, and I found the rebate a bit of a hassle to submit relative to other rebates. My satisfaction is contingent upon receiving the free product, so it is actually a bit early to rate this transaction.
