I ordered my product on Nov. 1, 2008 I received it on Nov.13, 2009 could not track the shipment had no idea what was going on. finally it arrived.
The product was excellent getting it from this company was the problem.

I bought this blue tooth set as a gift. I was excited when I found it, all the other sites only offered the ear piece. I got the whole set (cradle and charger) for a wonderful price! I passed your website along to a couple friends already!!

The order was shipped correctly and packed safely... The time for shipping was a bit long. E-mail explaining how to track order... lead to dead end, saying unable to track package. It just showed up eventually.

I ordered a Bluetooth headset to be used with my cell phone. It came on time as promised, but I was disappointed that there were no instructions with the unit to indicate the set up process or how to pair it with the cell phone.
