When we ordered the new boots it takes three weaks to ship it to holland. The service of frostshoes is very good, also the package were the boots are delivered in. Thanks again, we would like to order by frostshoes again.

Returning in the original package is somewhat annoying... usually the shipping box comes damaged or smashed and looks mangled. I usually rip the thing open.

1st RF cancelled order. Inventory glitch. I complained and they responded with similar product which was very satisfactory. Appreciated Trysta's help.
