The two items I bought surpassed my expectations. The Victorian necklace was much larger than anticipated but simply beautiful. The cat was just the right size and the diamonds sparkled. My daughter will love it.

One came wrong size and store wouldn't exchange, charged me $30 to resize it. Other ring was engraved wrong. Store sent it to be fixed and still hasn't come back. I'm very upset and disappointed in this order.

The item I ordered was not exactly like the picture or its description on the internet. I am satisfied with it and will keep it, but I think the picture is misleading.
