I ordered an item that was advertised as new online. The product I received was used. A total waste of my time and money. I question Gordon's business ethics as well as their parent company Zales.

I LOVE GORDONS I JUST HATE THAT THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT ,BECAUSE WE HAVENT USED IT IN WHILE , MOST OF THE ITEM I BOUGHT WAS PAID FOR IN CASH ,BUT I LIKED HAVING MY ACCOUNT THERE IF I WANTED SOMETHING THAT COST ALOT. .

Was offered a discount by an e-mail from Gordon's but did not enter it online and could not contact anyone right after the purchase. Would like to know if it can be applied now.

I returned my item to the Deerbrook Mall store and the salesperson told me that I could not return my item there unless I exchanged it for something else. She instructed me to go to Greenspoint Mall which was a long distance. Not a happy camper.

I think Gordon's is the best Jewelers' store aroung. I have never had a bad experience with either purchasing nor paying my bill.

Website was down when I wanted to fill out a credit application. I was not happy that customer service said I could not be helped by them.
