The sizing was wrong. Ordered a large and it was more of a small fitting for 2 of them. The other L was fine. Inconsistancy with size and size chart was not helpful. Very disappointing especially when you're ordering from o/s.

Really impressed - however, when you said your shirts were a little on the small side, I ordered XXL instead of XL (Mens) and they are GINORMOUSE!!!! Good thing I wanted them for PJs, hey! (I am a pretty standard mens medium)

My products did not arrive at all! But when I finally found your contact info on the website and emailed you (3 weeks later), you responded and resolved the situation within days. Nice resolution, but wish that the issue had not happened.
