The e mail would not go through to Battery Boutique. No one to answered phone. I left a message for a return call but none has been returned yet. One of the three batteries I ordered did not work at all. I need instructions, re: returning item.

2 identical 2.4GHz GE 2-line phones were faulty at the same. Phone lines were OK (my 900 MHz phone always worked) so I assumed the batteries were at fault, but problem remains (not blaming the batteries).
