Still waiting for order made in mid-September for 2 reclining chairs. There should be regular up-dating of progress on back order item. Customer should not have to initiate this.

More details on the product would be helpful: I bought a 15" Blomus Towel Bar which was actually only 12" because of the way it was designed. The OVERALL length of the bar was 15" but the actual length of the bar where the towel can set is only 12"

Picture did not truly represent the shelf.You would have to maximize a view of a schematic showing assembly to see the shelf had only two legs,not 4.Fortunately,we were able to use it,but won't ever move it to another spot to prevent extra holes in...

I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. I specifically ordered Kartell because of All Modern's promise of quality, yet the chair was still defected.

The product I purchased Micheal Graves Bird Whistle does not wistle... I've owned my kettlel since 1985 and needed to replace the whistle, now I will send this one back & wait for a replacement

Purchase history was not available on my account. I didn't receive a tracking number. Usually, when a product ships, an email confirmation is sent with a tracking number and I wish this company would have done that.
