West Coast delivery was a problem. The filters do not appear to be of the quality of the OEM filters. Internal support tube and ends much less substantial.

Please tell the SPA Depot that their customer service personnel was very courtious and as she did not know the technical answer to my heater question, she put me on hold and called and got the answer. Very efficient. Kudos to their Customer service...

I was very impressed with their website and the ease of finding the part that I needed to purchase. I will use them in the future. It was shipped and received before the promised shipping date which is always a plus.
