Ordered dust chute for delta planer, had it shipped directly to my father he said it was easy to attach and an excellent fit works great

I am totally satisfied with my purchase as everything I ordered has been received. I have been out of town for a few days and will assemble averything tomorrow but everything I ordered has been received.

Had to call 3 times to find out about order... first two CSR's did nothing! Third person expedited shipping to get product delivered on time. Very satisfied with 1/3 of customer sat team we worked with. 2/3 of cust sat team should be fired.

I have not recieved this product as of 12/06/09 11:50 am I have called both the shiping company and CPO on 12/04/09 8:00 am I still have no product.If this survey is acted on I will hope to have a phone call

The invoice stated that the machine was new, but I received a certificate that stated that the machine was rebuilt. The machine looks very good, is it new or rebuilt?

MY MOBILE BASE FOR MY NEW UNISAW DID NOT SHIP IN THE 2-3 DAYS INDICATED ON THE CPO WEB SITE. MY ORDER ARRIVED 21 DAYS AFTER IT WAS ORDERED FROM CPO. IF I HAD KNOWN IT WOULD TAKE AS LONG AS IT DID, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED IT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE.

The pre-order and order process was fine. However, CPO had problems fulfilling the order and the Order Status page just doesn't work. Staff was helpful and professional via e-mail.

If the item is not available for timely delivery I should be told. The delay has set me back on completion of a remodeling job and is continuing to set me back. Had I known there were a lengthy delay in shipping, I would have made other arrangements.
