This was my first experience dealing with CPO D.W. and it was a pleasant experience. The product was delivered very timely but unfortunately damaged beyond repair in shipping with Fed Ex. One call to CPO and the matter was settled. Thank you.

CPO did a great job! The shipping company had trouble getting one item to my house. This has at last been accomplished. Estes Shipping took several calls and rescheduling to finally have my products delivered.

I enjoyed the buying experience but that was all ruined by the trucking company you used to ship me the product. They called and set up delivery and then did not show up. They could not give a reason why when my wife called them.

Packaging did hold up in shipping. It's a miracle all parts arrived without damage. The package had burst and table legs were hanging out.

Some of the Delta items compete with Lowes and Home Depot price wise and a lot of times their prices are lower.

The product ordered does not fit my De3lta drill press. None of the split ring bushings are correct. I will have the proper size made so thaat I can use the tool.
