I have been doing business with Square Trade for about 5 years, and have found them to be fair and very prompt. I have no problem in passing on their name to my friends when they buy something.

I liked this warrantee service, because when I had a problem with a mp3 player a few years ago, Square Trade helped with having my player fixed.
