I was expecting free shipping, but paid $14 because I live in HI. I emailed Fitness Anywhere, and was told the rules were in the small print. The cost difference would have been marginal between UPS on the mainland and USPS Priority mail to HI.

My DVD didn't play correctly and I left a voicemail late in the day. I was shocked that I received a call back the same day!! They quickly shipped me another DVD and then followed up again with another phone call. Wow, how rare is that?

My son asked for the Fitness Anywhere kit for his birthday in Oct. He was so pleased with the item and how quickly it was delivered. Based on his recommendation I decided to order one for myself for a home workout room. So,I have actually ordered 2 sets.

The instructor was great, however I though the information was real basic. If you are a veteran of the TRX then this may not be for you. If you are brand new to the TRX, then this is ideal for you.

I love training with the trx and have been using it for with my clients for the last year now. This latest trx i bought for my mom and it is an invaluable training tool that she can use at her house or right across the street in the park on a nice day.
