The lighting fixture itself arrived in good condition, but 2 of the 4 lightbulbs that were included were broken -- the packaging around the bulbs was very skimpy so it wasn't surprising at all.

The items I ordered were incorrect. I should have received the compact flourescent fixtures that I ordered. Somehow, I was shipped the incandescent fixtures in the same model. Why do both products have the same product number?

I ordered a light fixture on 10/13. To date I have not received the fixture nor have I received an e-mail stating shipping or tracking information. I have called, e-mailed and done the live chat to be told my fixture is on its way. Where is it?

Read the fine print and add a few days for receipt of your order from this company. Minka products(when ordered,online chat person said were in stock and ready to ship).After receipt (in good condition) on 20th day after order, I got tracking email.

I ordered the ceiling fan with remote on Oct 15th. The remote arrived on Oct 21st so I contacted customer support wondering about my ceiling fan and found out that the fan will be arriving the last week of October. not happy waiting nearly 2 weeks.
