I was relieved that my packaged arrived. However, it was left on the side of my house and I had no knowledge of it until I was leaving. I don't know how long it sat out there. Maybe you could tell the fed ex or ups whoever delievered they need to...

The staff in customer support was excellent,The staff you have in technical support is clueless about the product.Maybe you should hire prior techs who have worked on specific items so they know what there talking about.I dont think you need anybody...
