The only problem I had was I did not receive part of my order. I ordered eight bags with names put on (which look great!). I ordered shirt bands and they did not come with the bags. I did not see them in the shipping bag.

I wasn't happy with the packaging.I ordered 30 rolls of pre wrap to give to our team as gifts. They all were just thrown into one large box and not even in packages. Most of them were unraveled. I had to re wrap and tie with ribbon in order to use.

One of the 15 soccer balls I ordered wont hold air and the balls are a little "harder" to the toch than I expected.

The only complain I have is that the magnets I orders were sticking together and they lost some of their color in the process. I will be using them as gifts for my soccer team, that that was a little bit of a problem.

I suppose to receive 4 doz. of Diadora socks style 995365 puccini color 320 I only received 4 unit I called customer service left a message but no one retuned my call.
