No problems. I just don't understand why my filter size (14X30), isn't available locally. Many houses in this old sub-division use that size.

Company was good, shipping company was not. The box was soaking wet when delivered. It was immediately taken inside, but was wet when it came off of the truck. Shipper should have placed box in plastic given the weather.

The outside of the shipping box was slightly damaged crushed, but the filters seem to be ok. the box should have been rebox into another shipping box. Bruce.

My filters were a custom size but I didn't receive a tracking number so they just arrived one day out of the blue. It was no problem, but would have been nice to have a tracking number.

The package was delivered Friday October 17, 2008. The package had been opened and resealed. All of the merchandise was in the package and in good shape
