Part purchased was a power supply for an HP 530 laptop. Part came in excellent condition but had wrong plug-in end to computer. Need RMA for return. Emailed Level8technology with no response.

The two batteries arrived quickly. Only way it could have been better service is if they had driven over to install them. LOL Level8technology ROCKS in my opinion.

I thought that I would receive a refund but instead I received a replacement AC adaper that was the proper fit for the HP computer. In thinking that I would receive a refund, I order an adapter from HP. I now have 2 adapters which is OK.
