I am a primary school teacher living in England. I have ordered from you before. Ties are great, prices are great, delivery is great. This past order was held up by Customs and Revenue (Governemt) and charged $28 in customs duty. Because of that, unless I can find a U.S. delivery address (for example, one of my relatives, who will then privately forward the ties to me as 'personal goods' or 'gifts' - I am unlikely to order from your firm again. I am very happy with my purchase experience. Shipping time was great and the product is exactly what I ordered. The only negative I have is with Customer Service. When I first went to your website you were out of the product I wanted. I emailed Customer Service to find out when you may get a new shipment, but never heard back from them. Luckily, I checked back and you guys had the tie I wanted n stock. Not worry though, I know emails gets lost, don't go through, and accidently get missed. EXCELLENT Customer service! I ordered 3 Ties, one of the ties was wrong...called the guy and he took care of me and got me the right tie sent out and explained how to send the wrong tie back.
