This is the first time Monterey Bay sent an incorrect item. The style number was correct just the wrong item was shipped.

I think that the regular shipping takes way too long. I purchased the same day from another store on line and received their items in three days. It was about 2 weeks from Monterey Bay. If it is in stock, send it.

Customer service reps at Monterey Bay are always friendly, helpful, and well-informed. The website is, in general, fairly easy to use. I had problems with the availablity of items in the catalogue. Some things seem to sell out very quickly.
