Was charged shipping on item that was on backorder. Backorder was extended another month. I cancelled the order and asked to have shipping charges for that item refunded. Rep was very nice, but still don't have credit.

The item was too big but otherwise fine. I will reserve further comment until I return the item for exchange and I assume there will be no shipping charges.

I purchased the tencel pants. I bought a pair 2 or 3 years ago and loved them! I just ordered another pair in the exact same size. When I received them, the size was very different. I exchanged for the next size up and am still waiting for delivery.

I was always very happy with Monterey Bay, but with this last purchase, I could not believe how much the quality of your clothing has gone down. I was very disappointed.

When my purchase arrived the package was in a mess like somon e had tried to open it and there was a hard cardboard bundle in the package. I don't understand why that ws in there and no magazines or sale phamplets. just thought you should know.

I am very satisfied with the merchandise but extremely dissatisfied with the phone wait for customer service and ordering. Way too long for the privilege of spending my money with MB. Over 10-15 minutes for each call.
