I paid for next day delivery, but it took 2 days which upset me as I needed it and paid extra for the delivery. I should be reimbursed for the extra day, but I have not at this point.

oven ignitor purchase, part was simillar but incorrect, felt unsafe installing. no return policy left me with an $85 useless part and a broken oven.
Still plan to use Bell in the future, have always been helpful.

I ordered part on 10/6/09. I received an email the following day stating that not all of the parts I ordered were in stock and It wolud be about a week before they came in. It is now 10/22 and still no parts! I would like the parts or a refund.

First time buyer from Bell Parts and was glad the part ordered was exactly what I had in mind as there was no picture on the website. I strictly went by the model# from the manufacturer.

I'm Very happy with Bell Parts, but these compactor bags seem to get morte and more flimsy every time I order. Not nearly as sturdy as the same model bags from 4-5 years ago.
