After contact ZoZo to check on the status of my order, I was informed that it had been sent and that I could check the progress on their site. The check revealed that the order had in fact not been sent at all. It had been cancelled.

I was happy to find a hard-to-find item at an excellent price. Not having an opportunity to see the item in hand before buying, the price made me more willing to take a risk. After I see how it performs I may purchase additional units.

Thank you. Purchased through Amazon, but was contacted by ZoZo and was told they were having trouble getting amazon payments. they matched my amazon discount and it arrived very quickly! Absolutely beautiful instrument, nicely packed!

In the email I received asking if I had received the item, it would have been helpful if you listed the item I purchased. I buy a lot of stuff and couldn't remember which item I bought from you.
