Ian at MusicPower was very helpful and accomodating regarding the problems I had with getting my guitar. The problem was not at their warehouse, but at Ovation's warehouse. The guitar was to be drop-shipped directly to me, but Ovation didn't send it until 6 days after I placed my order. Ian kept me updated throughout the process, and did his best to make it right.
