I had a problem .. I canceled the order & it takes more than 10 days in release the reserved amount in my credit card.

I was sent the wrong product and was told to send the item back to correct the problem. The added problem is that I had already spent $11.00 for 2nd day air and it was already 3 days before I got the items.

Item didn't even ship until 4 or 5 days after I placed the order. They couldn't or wouldn't provide a UPS tracking number. I called 3 times with a promise of a call back which never came.
