Your customer service representative was very nice and patient with me regarding my GHD flat iron.I am still baffled that GHD is absolutely clear that you are not an authorized seller of their products and that I may have purchase a fake GHD product.

i purchased the shampo and conditioner from Morraccan oil and it was very drying, used it once and contacted your staff about a return. they refused to take these 2 items back (shampoo and conitioner)

Everything was great except by the time I recived the shipment notice I have already recived my item. :( I also could not track my order or even find record to track it on the website.

I was disappointed in the packaging of my Shampoo.It leaked all over the box,paperwork, oil, therefore wasting some of my purchase. I wrote support to notify but haven't heard back. My order was around $119 that's not inexpensive to me!

When my order arrived one of the bottles was leaking. Next order, please make sure that the bottles are sealed tightly.
