I was disappointed in the packaging of my Shampoo.It leaked all over the box,paperwork, oil, therefore wasting some of my purchase. I wrote support to notify but haven't heard back. My order was around $119 that's not inexpensive to me!

Everything was great except by the time I recived the shipment notice I have already recived my item. :( I also could not track my order or even find record to track it on the website.

Even though the hairbrush was free, it is not the quality I would expect from Stylebell. From a perspective of establishing a sense of quality about the company, it would have been better not to have offered it at all.
