Printer depot charged my debit card twice for the same purchase.I spoke to an employee who was not helpful at all. I had to file a claim with my bank to try to get the extra charge taken off. As of this survey the issue is still unresolved.

We ordered a 4000 series printer and received a 4100 series printer. Obviously, the shipping department must do a better job of confirming that they are shipping the proper product. VERY INCONVENIENT!
